Wireless water detector - FU9040
The wireless water detector is an expansion module of the ABUS Privest wireless alarm center. It reacts to liquids and water and signals these events to the wireless alarm center. The wireless water detector consists of a transmitter and a sensor. These two units are connected via a cable that can be up to 2.4 metres long. The sensor reacts to water and reports it to the alarm center. This allows damage caused by broken pipes or burst water hoses from washing machines to be detected quickly so that quick action can be taken to reduce the damage.
