Die VivoCam L2+-Serie ist der Layer 2 Plus-verwaltete PoE-Switch mit IP-Überwachungsverwaltungsfunktionen. Dieser Switch ist nicht nur ein standardmäßiger Layer 2 Plus-verwalteter PoE-Switch, sondern kann auch IP-Kameras und Videoserver von VIVOTEK einrichten und konfigurieren und ermöglicht es Benutzern, alle VIVOTEK-Geräte zu finden und automatisch ein Überwachungsnetzwerksystem bereitzustellen.

Die VivoCam L2+-Serie verfügt außerdem über eine grafische Ansicht, wie z. B. eine Topologie-/Kartenansicht zum Steuern und Verstehen der Netzwerkstruktur und der Gerätesituation, sowie eine Google Map-Integration zur Anzeige des Systemsituationsstatus für Außenanwendungen. Es verfügt nicht nur über Funktionen zur Einrichtung einer Überwachungsnetzwerkumgebung, sondern auch über Fehlerbehebungs- und Verkehrsüberwachungsfunktionen, die Benutzern dabei helfen, etwaige Verbindungs- oder Geräteprobleme zu klären und zu beheben. Darüber hinaus können Benutzer auch ihre VIVOTEK IP-Kamera-/Videoserver-Konfigurationsdateien importieren und exportieren und über die Web-Benutzeroberfläche des VivoCam L2+ Managed PoE-Switches ein Batch-Upgrade der VIVOTEK-Kamera-Firmware durchführen.
